There is a rhythm that pulses beneath the noise. A knowing that lives in your bones. A fire that has never gone out.
— Lauren

Lauren is an RN, embodiment mentor, birth worker, and speaker devoted to guiding women back to this knowing—the language of the body, the wisdom of sensation, and the power of full presence. She teaches that our feeling body is our greatest compass, and that in a world that tells women to disconnect, the most radical thing we can do is turn inward and trust.

After leaving the allopathic medical system in 2021, Lauren knew her mission was bigger than Labor and Delivery, and she founded her business, Embodied Ecstasy LLC.

Her work is a call to the woman standing at the edge of change, the mother stepping through the portal of birth, the seeker ready to meet her shadow and rise. She holds space for transformation—whether through the sacred initiations of birth, the unraveling of old identities, or the reclamation of feeling as a source of deep wisdom.

Her voice has reached audiences through Weaving Harmony Podcast, Wise Woman Diaries, Moms Off The Record, That Sex Chick, Bone Collectors Podcast, and many more, where she shares deep insights on embodiment, birth, and transformation. She has been a featured speaker at the National Psychedelic Conference, and National Cannabis Festival in DC, speaking on the relevance of embodiment and psychedelic transformation.
